Meet Newly Appointed Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Jack Dávila
Jack Dávila has recently been appointed by Governor Tony Evers as the next Milwaukee County Circuit Judge. Our entire team of legal professionals at The Previant Law Firm, S.C. could not be any prouder of Mr. Dávila, who was a prominent attorney at our firm before accepting the Circuit Judge position.
While he was working cases at our law firm, Mr. Dávila focused on personal injury and workers’ compensation claims, as well as cases that helped advance and protect the rights of people living with disabilities. With the time he has spent volunteering with the Voces de la Frontera Legal Clinic and the Mexican Consulate in Milwaukee, he also helped further our law firm’s connection to Latino and Hispanic communities in the area. He also served in the United States Army, instilling in him a sense of duty and focus required to be a Circuit Court Judge.
As an experienced personal injury lawyer and someone who values the rights of people from all walks of life, Mr. Dávila should be a perfect fit for this new role. As a Circuit Court Judge, he will preside over a wide variety of civil cases in Milwaukee County.
Congratulations, Jack, from all of us at The Previant Law Firm, S.C. in Milwaukee! We thank you for all you have done for our clients throughout your time with us, and we look forward to all you will do for our communities in your new Circuit Court Judge position.
