Since 2003, Yingtao Ho has represented labor unions and employees to pursue claims against employers, with a recent emphasis on wage and hour class action litigation against employers, as well as collection lawsuits on behalf of fringe benefit funds against employers. Yingtao Ho’s primary focus in these cases is to recover the highest amount possible for individual clients who have been aggrieved by their employer’s failure to pay promised or legally required wages to them; as well as to collect fringe benefit contributions so that employees who are expecting health and pension contributions will receive the benefits that they were promised. Since 2016, Attorney Ho has been either the primary attorney, or one of the primary attorneys, in cases that resulted in settlements totaling more than two million dollars for individual clients.
